Our culture operating system examines to which extent the key workplace psychological factors affect the way employees think, feel and behave. We focus our cause and effect review within the 3 major areas of personal, social and structural influence and assess 9 key workplace culture drivers that impact employee satisfaction and engagement.

A robust process is applied for gathering information to identify the real issues affecting the desired result. This helps determine the most effective point of intervention and targeted planning to influence the necessary behavioural change that enables improvement to achieve higher levels of sustained performance.

Measurement Empowers Change and Improvement

3SIXTY has a strong belief that “What gets measured gets CHANGE!”.

Measurement is important to establish training effectiveness and a true indicator of a return on investment.  In partnership with our clients we aim to strategically measure the effectiveness of our learning and development interventions through the most appropriate and accurate methods.

We recommend to have pre-determined key performance indicators to measure training effectiveness and quantify the outcomes of a successful learning and development.   In collaboration with the project key stakeholders to identify the overall program success criteria or training effectiveness KPI’s keeps a clear focus on ensuring the program achieves measurable results that contribute to business outcomes and delivers a quantifiable return on the training investment made.

Valid and Reliable Diagnostic Tools

3SIXTY only uses diagnostic tools and psychometrics which are scientifically proven development instruments to strategically assess direct effect of our development strategies and the overall effectiveness of our behavioural change methodologies.

The Human Synergistics ® suite of tools are our preferred choice of diagnostic tools to measure Organisational Culture (OCI & OEI) and Leadership Effectiveness (LSI & LI).  We are Lifetime Accredited Human Synergistics partners and accredited practitioners with extensive experience (over 10 years) in the administration, deployment and interpretation of Human Synergistics ® tools.

We take great care in the application and make sure the academic content is simple to understand, relevant to employee development objectives and has a practical workplace application. Based on the program objectives and outcomes we will use the most appropriate proven diagnostic tools and accurate methods to measure the impact of our learning and development programs
