Leadership Purpose: How to discover your reason for being

In our Lead with Purpose workshop, we take leaders through a two-day journey that focuses on deep work such as purpose, values and connecting to your why.

We explore Jim Collins' Level 5 Leadership, the research-backed finding that the most enduring, high-impact leaders are defined not by ego or charisma, but by a fierce, humble commitment to something bigger than themselves.

One tool that can help you find your leadership is, Ikigai.

This Japanese concept that roughly translates to 'your reason for being', which intersects at the centre of these four questions:

❤️ What do you love?

⭐️ What are you good at?

🌎 What does the world need?

💰 And what can you be paid for?

We help participants uncover their own leadership purpose and connect that to their values, so it has roots.

And every leader leaves with a personal mission statement.

Something they wrote.

Something true.

Something that will keep directing them long after the two days are done.

Have you ever articulated your leadership purpose?
