When life gets overwhelming or the path ahead feels uncertain, your values can be your internal compass to steady you, guide you, and help you act with clarity and confidence.

Step 1: Identify Your Values
Reflect deeply on what truly matters to you, listing as many as you can, then narrow down to your top 2-4 values.
Step 2: Define Your Values
For each top value, write a brief, personal definition that is meaningful to you.
Step 3: Use Your Values
Put your values into action and apply them as a decision-making compass to say yes to what matters and no to what doesn’t.
Knowing and living your values helps build:
🔸 Self-awareness: You understand what drives and grounds you
🔸 Resilience: When times are tough, you stay anchored to your purpose
🔸 Confidence: You trust yourself to make choices aligned with what you believe
🔸 Emotional Agility: You respond, not react, because you know what really matters
When was the last time you checked in with your values?
